If you are a local customer and want to pick up the portrait directly at certain destination, your portrait will be come with card boards and one mat (in case of charcoal, pastel and watercolor).

      Delivery

Packaging and Shipping

There will be packaging and shipping charges.

For your convenience, we offer 2 shipment methods:

Standard - EMS / USPS 5 - 7 day -
Express - FedEx or UPS 3 - 5 day -

In case of Pastel, we recommend that you pick it up directly.  We will not ship it.

In case of oil paintings: If your paintings are too large and too heavy, in your agreement,  the canvas can be detached from the wood frame and carefully rolled.  Paintings are placed into sturdy cardboard tubing for shipping.  Paintings are shipped without frame.   This method greatly reduces our costs as well as yours.
